I've been pushing myself every day to explore, learn and listen. My life coach, Rosie Acosta, launched The Radically Loved Summit yesterday. It involves over 30 influential wellness leaders speaking in a pod-cast setting over 10 days and sharing some amazing insight that I am just soaking up. In her message, she shared two thoughts that felt were very powerful:

  • Move your body because it moves your mood

  • Celebrate your body for the things it CAN do

It is so easy to get off track and forget how important both of these perspectives are. We have so much influence over our own wellness simply by the way we move and think. It really is ALL IN YOUR HEAD. Taking one step at a time can lead to positive transformation.

Movement can take so many forms and it absolutely doesn't have to feel exhaustive or painful. Find what you love and do more of it.

We are so judgmental of our bodies. When we shift the viewpoint from being critical to being grateful, magic happens. Not only can it change how you see yourself, but it can change the way you physically feel and the way you see the world.

Just take a leap and try moving and celebrating your body!
