Radiant Wellness Retreat

When you create space in your life for a sacred pause, you allow yourself to reconnect with the present moment. You begin to listen and trust in your natural intelligence, in your wise heart, in your capacity to open to whatever arises. You learn more about yourself and the world around you. Your perspectives shift and you see so much of what you are looking for. What would it be like if, right in the midst of the busyness, you were to consciously take your hands off the controls? What if you were to intentionally stop rushing around and, for a few days, simply pause and notice?

The Radiant Wellness Retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with nature. Each day, you will get to enjoy community, practice yoga, hike through the forest along the Sandy River while making time for a bit of fun and nourishing, self-care. Surround yourself with delicious, healthy food creations from our private chef that will leave you feeling amazing. If you’re feeling tired, anxious or stressed, simply relax in the spa or experience a luxurious spa facial treatment. This retreat is the perfect way to slow down and disconnect for a while allowing your most radiant self to flourish. Our time together includes plenty of downtime to rest and explore your stunning surroundings.

Intention setting workshop

In this workshop we explore how our thoughts and energy create our reality. Instead of writing down goals that we forget about a few months in the year, we practice how to think and feel more empowering and positive thoughts. By focusing on HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL, you shift your brain into a more productive space helping your actions come to a place of excitement and high energy. You simply get things done because it feels so good.
