Calm flow

An easy-paced practice with an emphasis on gentle movement, sweet stretches, breathing and relaxation. Poses are done carefully and slowly with attention to how it feels inside the body. Modifications are available and encouraged. A nourishing meditation closes each class. Best for students who seek a quiet, relaxing practice with an emphasis on mindfulness. No yoga experience is required.

Pull up a chair

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using your chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga is expecially suitable for those with desk jobs, people with limited mobility, balance & coordination issues and those with disabilities. We will focus on increasing flexibility, lung capacity and strength while improving balance and relieving stress. This class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching yoga postures, relaxation and closes with a guided meditation.. No yoga experience is required.

Align & flow

This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class focuses on broadening the range of capabilities of each person through the instruction of alignment and breath. This class closes with a guided centering meditation.

Teen yoga & mindfulness

Learn healthy ways to handle stress and gain greater self-confidence in this all-levels yoga class specifically designed for teens, ages 12-18. In this session, yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated to form healthy habits.
